Many clubs have held great informal and fun-filled meetings, without a formal Rotarian/Non-Rotarian guest speaker.

Here are few examples we have heard about so far for consideration - in the Virtual World for now and in the future, over and above the traditional in-person meetings.

  • A club social, with or without attendees having a meal. And for breakfast and noon clubs, consider holding it in the evening.
  • Games - of all kinds. There are some great online games/quizzes that can be quite informative, but also fun at the same time. Wheel of Fortune Contest.
  • Club trivia - that can involve members providing  photos from their early years that for others to guess who it is, followed by the member sharing a favourite memory from their past.
  • Multi-member mini-reclassification talks - involving 4-6 members.
  • A roundtable chat with every member providing a 2 minute update about what they are up to at the moment or upcoming plans.
  • Re-connecting with former Youth Exchange Students to find out how they are doing and what they are up to.
