As those who attended the Rotary Weekend in April are aware, at the end of that weekend we cut off registrations at 350 due to concerns regarding the capacity to seat people at the Saturday Masquerade and the farewell brunch on Sunday. We have now arranged with the resort to accommodate more people, and therefore have been able to re-open registrations.

If you reserved your room at The Rosseau or Clevelands House but you and/or the person sharing the room have not yet registered on line or through a paper registration submitted at the last conference or Rotary Weekend, you MUST register now in order to ensure there is a place for you. Unregistered guests will not be able to join registered guests for any meals, and so we highly recommend that everyone planning to be at the resort that weekend get a full registration while they are still available.

PLEASE NOTE: The J.W. Marriott is fully booked and rooms are now only available at Clevelands House.
Please note that we had to suspend further partial registrations (both Sat/Sun and Saturday dinner only) due to the high demand for full conference registrations. No further Saturday/Sunday registrations will be available. A waiting list will be maintained for Saturday Masquerade only, but it will only be implemented if there are still spaces available in October. Full registrations are being given priority.

TO CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION, please contact our Registrar Don Watkins (dswatkins@sympatico.ca or 705-743-7693). There will be a cancellation fee of $25.
