I just had this clarified by ClubRunner support, and my Secretary wasn't aware either, so I thought I should pass this on to the District.

 
When doing attendance, your totals are most likely skewed by the Rule 85 members (age plus years of service = 85)

When you look at the Member Attendance Exemption screen, it looks like you would need to enter the date for each meeting. In my club, where we have 33 Rule 85 members, that looks like a daunting task.

But here is the clarification.

You need to exempt Rule 85 members once. The date is for the date their exemption starts.

Once you set them as Rule 85, you don't need to do anything else. They will now be excluded from your Attendance percentage.
