District Conferences Logistics
The District Conferences Logistics Committee is responsible for booking the venue, dealing with all the contracts and payments, audio visual requirements, registration and communications/promotion. The committee members: Chair, Registrar, Treasurer, Communications Chair; and Host Organizing Committee Chair and District Governor Elect.
