On behalf of District Governor Elect Sandi Campbell, I am delighted to invite you to the District Team Training Seminar (DTTS) to be held in person at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott North Bay (115 Eloy Road).
Our plan is to have everyone come in Friday evening (February 21st) for an informal working dinner and then an early start on Saturday (February 22nd) for our in-person/Zoom hybrid planning session. The program will wrap in mid-afternoon so that folks can be on their way in daylight hours. A formal agenda will follow, but key items for discussion will be:
- Committee Leads, Goals, Proposed Budget & Succession Planning
- PELs program review / Vibrant Clubs workshop
- Rotaract Club Status and next steps
- Rotary Regional Retreats – leadership team role”
Cost:
There is no cost to you directly. The district assumes all costs and it is important for you to confirm your attendance so that the district may provide accurate numbers to the hotel. In this manner, the district will only be charged based on attendees. You will also be entitled to mileage as per the Expense Policy found on the district website.

Hotel Rooms (please book by Jan 24th)
Please make your own hotel reservation for Friday night only, at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott by clicking the following link: Book your group rate for District Rotary Club. As per our District Expense Policy, you will be reimbursed for ½ of the cost of a standard double occupancy room. You have the option of "not sharing", however, as per the policy you will only be reimbursed 50% of the cost.
This learning weekend is VERY IMPORTANT as it is an integral part of our District’s action planning process for the upcoming 2025-2026 Rotary year. This is where we, as a district team, set goals and plan for the future success of District 7010! Please make every effort to attend.
