Applicants are now being sought for District 7010 Global Grant Scholar (2025-2026).

Applications are now open for Global Grant Scholarship candidates from Rotary District 7010. The scholarship is worth up to $40,000 USD for a year of study outside of Canada. The goal of the selection process is to recruit highly qualified and deserving candidates. This exclusive scholarship will help fund a student, from the Rotary District 7010 area, to pursue graduate studies (at the Master's level) and service dreams that will have an impact in one or more of Rotary's areas of focus.
  • Peace and conflict prevention/resolution
  • Disease prevention and treatment
  • Water and sanitation
  • Maternal and child health
  • Basic education and literacy
  • Economic and community development
  • Protecting the environment
All Global Grants must be sustainable and measurable.

Consideration will be given to  proposed study programs focused on one of Rotary's 7 areas of focus. Study at educational institutions around the world is permitted as long as the student demonstrates fluency in the language of study. Preference will be given to programs that focus on Rotary's goal to solve issues and address community needs while making the most effective use of the available funding.
